Manufacturing Medical Device Packaging in Brentwood's Clean Room

Brentwood offers a manufacturing environment of over 30,000 square feet to support our medical device customers. The thermoforming clean room is currently equipped with eight in-line formers and two match metal trim presses, while the injection molding clean room contains four all-electric 65- and 165- ton molding machines that feature Servo Hybrid robots for part removal and orientation. By working with automated conveyors, stackers, and robots, we're able to increase speed to market and handle high-volume runs for your protective packaging and medical device component needs.
