Voodoo Manufacturing introduces Large Format 3D Printing service with Raise3D N2 Plus machines

Voodoo Manufacturing, a New York-based volume 3D printing factory, is introducing a new service that affords customers the opportunity to manufacture parts on a larger scale. The service is called Large Format 3D Printing and has ignited the installation often Raise3D N2 Plus platform, which is powered by the Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) process and support a range of plastic materials.
Large Format 3D Printing is being offered to enable current and new customers to manufacture architectural models, component housings, furniture prototypes, product displays, and custom mannequins, among other things. Prior to the introduction of this service, Voodoo was able to print individual parts with dimensions up to 285 x 153 x 155 mm. Now, they can print individual parts up to 300 x 300 x 600 mm. It means a custom mannequin of a six-foot-tall person can now be made in only 20 parts and assembled in 30 minutes, compared to the 90 pieces and two-three hour assembly time it used to take.
