FAMAero installs large-scale custom Sciaky EBAM metal 3D printer

Sciaky, Inc.’s Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM) system is being leveraged by a Michigan-based metal additive manufacturing bureau, FAMAero to print large metal parts for customers in aerospace, defense, oil & gas, and sea exploration industries.
FAMAero, which is an abbreviation for Future Additive Manufacturing in Aerospace, plans to use Sciaky’s scalable, large-format technology to offer fast and affordable parts and prototypes to manufacturers seeking to reduce production time and costs associated with traditional manufacturing processes.
