Bill Shorten says Australian manufacturing is at a tipping point due to the gas crisis, and the Turnbull government needs to persuade the gas companies to fulfil their Australian contracts and bring down prices. Speaking at visit to BlueScope Steel in Port Kembla south of Sydney, Mr Shorten said manufacturers needed a government which would take real action to stand up for Australian jobs.
