Our strategy is to maintain a leadership position in niche markets for the development and manufacture of highly engineered products that are essential to our customers. We are concentrating our efforts to expand selectively our capabilities in these markets, to anticipate the global needs of our customers and to respond to such needs with comprehensive solutions. Our current business and strategic growth plan focuses on the continuous development of these products in three key technology segments: Avionics & Controls, Sensors & Systems, and Advanced Materials. Our products are often mission critical, which have been designed into particular military and commercial platforms and in certain cases can only be replaced by products of other manufactureers following a formal certification process.
